Returns Policy
At Aether & Root, we want you to enjoy every sip of your tea. Because tea is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on opened packages.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email us at support@aetherandroot.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll issue store credit for the product amount.
Please note that opened tea packages, limited-edition blends, and any orders placed during promotions or with discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
