Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your tea to you quickly and safely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. From that point, updates on delivery should come directly from the carrier.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped. Sometimes carriers mark a package as “delivered” a day or two before it actually arrives, so please allow up to 5 business days. If your package still hasn’t shown up, email us at support@aetherandroot.shop and we’ll help track it down.

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right. Please note, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages once tracking shows “delivered.”

International Shipping
International orders can take 30–45 business days to arrive. Duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering, as we can’t issue refunds for items seized by customs.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow up to 30–45 business days for delivery.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, reach out as soon as possible at support@aetherandroot.shop. If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request a redirect or hold at a local facility.
